Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure professional service providers (PSPs) to serve on a panel of professional consulting engineers for a period of three (3) years. The aim is to establish a qualified panel capable of delivering engineering consulting services to Nama Khoi Local Municipality as required over the specified period.

Scope

The scope involves the selection and appointment of PSPs to provide professional engineering consulting services across various disciplines within the Namakwa District. The services will be engaged on an as-needed basis, supporting municipal projects and initiatives over the three-year term.

Technical Requirements

• Compliance with the minimum functionality score of 70 out of 100 points, covering:
  • General quality criteria as detailed in the Tender Document
  • Project discipline-specific quality criteria as specified in the Tender Document
  • Locality within the Namakwa District
• Submission of all required documentation in a sealed envelope, clearly endorsed with tender number, description, and closing date.
• Adherence to the specified validity period of 90 days for the tender offer.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database of National Treasury (www.csd.gov.za).
• Compliance with the evaluation criteria and tender rules outlined in the tender documentation.
