The primary objective of this tender is to engage a qualified and experienced service provider to conduct an organisational workstudy and a comprehensive business process analysis for Breede Valley Municipality. The aim is to evaluate current organisational structures and processes to identify efficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
