The primary objective of this tender is to engage qualified and experienced professional town planning consulting firms to provide comprehensive town planning services for the Breede Valley Municipality. The services are required to support planning, development, and execution of projects aligned with municipal development goals, with the contract valid until 30 June 2028.
The scope includes delivering professional town planning consulting services, which encompass strategic planning, project guidance, and technical advice. The scope also involves attending a compulsory clarification meeting, site visits, and ensuring compliance with municipal planning standards and requirements as specified in the tender documents.
