The primary objective of this tender is to develop proposals for the management and utilization of municipal-owned properties, specifically properties numbered 2994, 2995, 2996, 2997, 2998, and 2999 located at Extension 54, Aqua Avenue. The development aims to enhance the value and social benefit of these properties through comprehensive development proposals, empowerment plans, and social benefits.
