The primary objective of this tender is to secure the services of an AMAFA Heritage Council and SACAP in good standing Architect to conduct assessments of the roofing elements of a heritage building and determine the methodology for replacing copper roof sheeting, in accordance with heritage council and AMAFA prescripts.
