• Guaranteeing maximum secure mobile internet connectivity with multi-network failover capabilities.
• Providing national and international coverage with network redundancy.
• Training ECSECC IT administrators for self-service portal access.
• Supporting 24/7 technical support and data analysis/reporting on network performance and usage.
• Supplying necessary hardware and software, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with specifications.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications include:

• Software: Data management policies such as uncapped data, fair usage policies, and secure APN configurations.

Skills Requirements

• Strong technical support and customer service capabilities, including training and support for ECSECC IT staff.
