Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure accommodation services for netball players and referees participating in an upcoming event. The service provider is expected to provide suitable lodging arrangements that meet the specified requirements for the duration of the event.

Scope

The scope of the tender includes:

• Provision of accommodation for 45 players sharing rooms without meals.
• Provision of 5 non-sharing rooms inclusive of dinner, bed, and breakfast.
• Accommodation period from 2nd April 2026 (check-in) to 6th April 2026 (check-out).
• Ensuring all accommodation arrangements adhere to the specifications outlined in the tender document.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications for the accommodation include:

• Rooms must be available for the specified dates with appropriate sharing arrangements.
• Shared rooms without meals for 45 players, with check-in on 2nd April and check-out on 6th April 2026.
• Non-sharing rooms with dinner, bed, and breakfast for 5 individuals, with check-in on 5th April and check-out on 6th April 2026.
• Accommodation must be of acceptable quality, safe, and compliant with relevant standards.
• Provision of VAT-inclusive pricing, with evaluation based on the submitted quotations.

Skills Requirements

While the tender primarily focuses on accommodation provision, the following skills and qualifications are expected from the service providers:

• Experience in providing accommodation services for large groups or sporting events.
