    • Construction Manager/Senior Site Agent (minimum 13 years road rehabilitation experience, NQF Level 5 or 7)
    • Supervisors/Foremen (minimum 5 years experience, NQF Level 4)
  • Qualified safety personnel, including full-time Construction Safety Officers registered with SACPCMP
  • Personnel with skills in environmental management, traffic control, and community liaison
  • Skilled workers capable of executing drainage, pavement, asphalt, and signage works to standard
  • Experience in managing targeted enterprises and local labour under EPWP and B-BBEE frameworks
  • Training and mentoring skills for targeted enterprise development and labour capacity building
  • Ability to implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance
