The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider to provide a secure, reliable, and fully managed hosted email service for approximately 130 users over a period of one year. The service aims to support municipal communication and collaboration needs by ensuring high availability, security, and ongoing technical support, maintenance, and administration of the email platform.
