The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to deliver bill payments services, specifically for municipal bills, rates, and services payments, to Theewaterskloof Municipality. The successful contractor will facilitate efficient and reliable payment processing for the municipality's clients from the date of appointment until 30 June 2029.
The scope of the tender encompasses the provision of comprehensive bill payments services for municipal rates and services. This includes managing customer transactions, ensuring accurate processing, and supporting the municipality's financial operations over the contract period.
