The primary objective of the tender is to procure an innovative and tailored Employee Wellbeing Programme (EWP) that comprehensively addresses all aspects of employee wellbeing, including physical, financial, social, mental, emotional, and career wellbeing.   • Continuous evaluation and enhancement of the EWP, including feedback and integration of services.
  • Communication of the programme to all employees and their immediate household members via email and other channels.
  • Support for employees with personal and work-related problems, including behavioral, emotional issues, and crises such as suicide, anger, violence, and loss, with counselling sessions as needed.
  • Care Centre services for managers, including assessment, intervention, and management support, via telephone, online, or in person.
  • Implementation of Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) including pre-incident planning, immediate support, and post-incident follow-up.
  • Provision of 24/7 telephonic and online access to personal financial advisors and legal advisors, covering issues like debt, credit, legal matters, and personal finance.
  • Development of communication and promotional campaigns to ensure awareness and repeated engagement, including digital and printed materials.
  • Management and employee orientation sessions to inform and encourage programme utilization.
  • Regular reporting, including dashboards, utilization data, impact assessments, and trend analysis.
  • Support for health and safety compliance, including workshops on relevant legislation and standards.

Technical Requirements

  • Delivery of services across all provinces with a footprint of trauma counselling professionals.
  • Provision of confidential, accessible, and multilingual support via telephonic, online, face-to-face, and recorded media.
