The primary objective of this tender is to procure an enterprise-level PDF software and digital signature solution for NRWDI staff. The solution aims to enable staff to create, edit, secure, manage, and digitally sign PDF documents efficiently and securely, ensuring documents are accepted and enforceable across relevant industries.

NRWDI currently has no existing licenses and requires a comprehensive all-in-one PDF and e-signature solution to improve document security, management, and operational efficiency.
