The primary objective of this tender is to procure the management of driver cameras for a period of 5 years (60 months) on an as-and-when-required basis. Additionally, the procurement aims to promote socio-economic transformation, empowerment of small and rural enterprises, local industrial development, and skills development in line with national transformation imperatives.
The scope involves providing management services for driver cameras over a 5-year period, including ensuring compliance with local content and skills development targets. The contract also encompasses job creation and retention, skills development initiatives such as bursaries, and contributions to Corporate Social Investment (CSI) programs targeting black communities within the local municipalities where services are rendered.
