Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure rental office space for the PPECB in Bothaville, Northern Cape. The PPECB aims to lease a suitable office for a period of five (5) years, with an option to renew for an additional two (2) years, to support its operational needs in the region.

• Submission of proposals outlining property details, facilities, and compliance with technical requirements.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications and requirements for the office space include:

• Property Details: Physical address, ERF number, and all relevant property information.
• Facilities:
  • Minimum of 5 dedicated on-site parking bays or sufficient space to accommodate parking needs, including disabled parking.
  • Power supply connected and distributed throughout the building.
  • Water supply and other essential utilities.
  • Compliance with mechanical, plumbing, electrical, gas, and HVAC standards.
  • Facilities for male, female, and disabled persons.
• Health & Safety: Submission of a Certificate of Good Standing.
• Maintenance: Clear proposals on maintenance responsibilities, including air conditioning, fire extinguishers, lifts (if applicable), electricity, and plumbing, with specified turnaround times.
• Building Support Services: Availability of services such as generator/back-up power.
• Occupation Date: The intended occupation date is 01 February 2026.
• Compliance: The property must meet minimum specifications outlined in the proposal, with pricing proposals reflecting these requirements.
