The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider to render telephonic and on-site interpretation services, including South African Sign Language (SASL), to support communication between healthcare staff and clients across the Western Cape Department of Health and Wellness. The service aims to facilitate effective communication, especially in facilities without on-site interpreters, and to provide language support for patients requiring interpretation during various healthcare interactions, including emergencies and mental health cases.
