The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified and experienced ticketing agent to provide ticket outlet services for the South African State Theatre (SAST) over a period of twelve (12) months. The service aims to enable efficient management of ticket sales, secure and user-friendly purchasing (online and on-site), smooth entry verification, financial reporting, revenue tracking, customer support, and real-time sales data provision to support the theatre’s performance and audience engagement goals.
