The primary objective of this tender is to engage a qualified service provider to deliver Travel Management Services for a period of thirty-six (36) months. The successful tenderer will be responsible for providing comprehensive travel arrangements and related services to meet the client’s travel needs efficiently and effectively.
The scope of the project includes the provision of travel management services, which encompasses booking and managing domestic and international travel, accommodation arrangements, transportation, and related support services. The scope also involves ensuring compliance with travel policies, cost management, and delivering quality service throughout the contract duration.
