The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a certified Cisco Collaboration Partner to provide ad-hoc technical support, root-cause analysis, remediation, and optimisation services for the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) environment at PRASA KwaZulu-Natal. The goal is to stabilise the telephony platform, reduce service interruptions, improve operational resilience, and deliver documented technical recommendations for sustainable support over a six-month period.
