Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to engage a professional service provider capable of delivering enjoyable refreshments and sweet treats to all delegates attending the ICAD Career Expo. The service aims to ensure that attendees are well-served with a variety of treats in a neat and presentable manner throughout the event.

Scope

The scope of the service includes:

• Provision of sweet treats and refreshments for approximately 800 attendees per day during the event.
• Serving smoothies, including healthy options, with a total of 300 servings (30% healthy smoothies), ensuring each attendee receives one.
• Supply of a variety of flavors with no repeats per person, facilitated through the use of serving coupons.
• Set-up and operational support for an outdoor event at Margate Airport on 05-06 December 2025.
• Provision of sufficient staff to assist with serving and managing the treats.
• Ensuring all items are presented in a neat and professional manner.

Technical Requirements

• Serve a total of 800 servings of assorted sweet treats and smoothies daily.
• Include a variety of flavors with no repeats per individual, managed via serving coupons.
• Provide menu items with detailed pricing.
• Set-up and operate in an outdoor environment, requiring appropriate operational arrangements.
• Supply enough staff to efficiently serve and manage the refreshments.
• Allow for quotation revisions if necessary, based on event needs.

Skills Requirements

• Experience in catering and refreshment services for large outdoor events.
• Ability to manage and serve a high volume of attendees efficiently.
