The primary objective of this tender is to appoint one or more qualified service providers to supply, deliver, install, and maintain municipal rental flats and houses. The engagement is for a period of 36 months, with services to be rendered as and when required, ensuring the provision of quality housing infrastructure and ongoing maintenance support.
