The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider responsible for the supply and delivery of shields, ranks, medals, and related accessories to the City of Tshwane Emergency Services Department. The aim is to ensure a consistent and steady supply of high-quality products to Emergency Services personnel, recognizing their service and courage.
The scope covers the supply and delivery of various items including:
The period for supply and delivery is not exceeding twelve (12) months, with a delivery deadline of eight weeks from the date of order. All goods must be of the highest quality, new, unused, and free from defects, with warranties provided by the supplier.
The products must meet the following technical specifications:
