Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a reputable service provider to conduct skill development training programs for administrative personnel. The aim is to enhance the skills and competencies of the targeted officials through structured training packages.

Scope

The scope involves providing various skill development training sessions as specified in the training packages. The training will be conducted at designated venues, targeting administrative officials, with outcomes aligned to the specified training packages. The service provider must deliver the training as per the outlined requirements and ensure the achievement of the desired outcomes.

Technical Requirements

• Provision of skill development training for administration personnel.
• Submission of all mandatory administrative documents, including completed and signed forms (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1), CSD report, proof of registration, and pricing schedule.
• Compliance with evaluation criteria based on administrative requirements, price, and specific goals.
• Adherence to the preference points system, allocating points for price (80 points) and specific goals (20 points).
• Verification of bidder’s compliance with tax and supplier registration requirements.
• Participation in evaluation phases, including mandatory document submission and compliance checks.
• Site visits and due diligence may be conducted during the contract period.
