The primary objective of this tender is to procure the rental of visitor management scanners and time & attendance scanners at various ERWAT Water Care Works for a period of three (3) years.
The scope includes the supply and rental of:
These scanners will be deployed at multiple ERWAT Water Care Works locations over a three-year period, as specified in the bid documentation.
The technical specifications for the scanners are to be in accordance with the standards approved by the ERWAT Bid Specification Committee, as per Paragraph 27 of the ERWAT Supply Chain Management Policy. Bidders must ensure their submissions meet these specifications to be considered responsive.
