The primary objective of this tender is the reduction of non-technical energy losses within the municipality's energy infrastructure for the 2025-2026 period. The project aims to identify, implement, and manage strategies to minimize energy wastage that is not related to technical faults, thereby improving energy efficiency and reducing costs.
