The primary objective of this tender is to procure services for the refurbishment of the steel staircase at Infanta Tower, ensuring the structure is restored to a safe and functional condition.
The scope involves the complete refurbishment of the steel staircase located at Infanta Tower, including inspection, repair, and necessary upgrades as specified in the project specifications. The project site is situated near Cape Infanta, approximately 80 km south-east of Swellendam, within the Overberg Region of the Western Cape.
A compulsory clarification meeting will be held to inspect the site and clarify project requirements, with bids closing on 20 March 2026 at 11:00.
