Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure private security services for the Department of Public Works & Infrastructure: Legislative Assembly in Ulundi. The services are required to ensure the safety and security of the department's premises and personnel for a period of one month, from 21 November 2025 to 20 December 2025.

• Provision of private security services at the Department of Public Works & Infrastructure: Legislative Assembly in Ulundi.

• Service providers must be registered with PSIRA.
• Collection and submission of bid documents, including compliance with specified procedures and deadlines.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for bidders include:

• Registration with PSIRA.
• Submission of a detailed bid response using the official tender document.
• Conducting a detailed risk assessment prior to bid award.
• Participation in the mandatory briefing session (if applicable) and site viewing prior to submitting quotations.
• Adherence to the phased bid evaluation process and mandatory criteria outlined in the tender documentation.
• Compliance with the preference point system (80/20) and specific goals such as ownership by Black People and enterprise promotion within designated regions.
