The primary objective of this tender is to secure the renewal of Microsoft Office 365 E3 Licenses for a period of 12 months. The agency aims to ensure continued access to essential applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and additional services like Microsoft Projects licenses, with the possibility of adding Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project Professional, Microsoft Server 2025, Windows 10 security updates, and CoPilot Professional.
The scope of work includes the supply and activation of the following licenses:
Proposals must cover all items listed; incomplete submissions will be considered non-responsive.
