The primary objective of this tender is to solicit qualified service providers to undertake repairs of Cala Town Hall, ensuring the building's functionality, safety, and compliance with standards. The project aims to restore and upgrade various structural, electrical, plumbing, and finishing aspects of the Town Hall to meet municipal requirements.
