The primary objective of this tender is to solicit qualified service providers to carry out repairs of Cala Municipal Offices, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to specified standards. The aim is to restore and upgrade the municipal offices to meet operational and safety requirements, supporting the municipality's service delivery functions.
The scope encompasses comprehensive repair works including demolition, building alterations, installation of plumbing, electrical work, glazing, painting, roofing, and external works such as paving and fencing. The project covers all necessary activities to refurbish and upgrade the Cala Municipal Offices to a functional and compliant standard, as detailed in the specifications and Bill of Quantities.
