Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to obtain a quotation for three officials to attend face-to-face training on the National Key Points for a duration of five days. The training aims to enhance the officials' understanding of national key points, ownership structures, and related compliance requirements as specified by the Department of Sport, Arts & Culture.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Provision of face-to-face training for three officials on the National Key Points over five days.
• Submission of a detailed quotation including pricing and compliance with technical and documentation requirements.
• Adherence to the specified points system for evaluation, including submission of documentation to support specific goals and preferences.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements involve:

• Participation in training on the National Key Points for five days.
• Use of the system to calculate prices and specific goals as per SDB 6.1 attached.
• Submission of documentation demonstrating ownership percentages, beneficial ownership, and compliance with ownership disclosure.
• Accurate and consistent information across submitted documents; discrepancies will result in zero points.
• Submission of the quotation by 20 February 2026 at 11:00 am via email to [email protected].

Skills Requirements

The skills and qualifications required include:

• Ability to provide face-to-face training on national key points and ownership structures.
• Experience in compliance documentation and ownership disclosure processes.
• Proficiency in preparing and submitting detailed quotations aligned with procurement regulations.
• Understanding of the South African procurement and preference point systems, including the 80/20 or 90/10 preference point systems.
• Capability to demonstrate adherence to transparency, accountability, and ethical standards as per the bid requirements.
