The primary objective of this tender is to conduct a market-testing exercise to identify suitable office buildings for Eskom's Limpopo Operating Unit in Tzaneen. Eskom aims to acquire a ready-for-occupation office space with clear ownership documents, suitable land area (12,000 - 15,000 sqm), and a building size of 3,500 to 4,500 sqm that projects a professional appearance and is approved for office use. The owner should also provide at least 159 parking spaces.
The scope involves sourcing office premises located within the main commercial or central business district (CBD) sectors of Tzaneen. The premises must be suitable in terms of location, amenities, and legal status. Interested parties should submit expressions of interest that include details such as location, size, layout, amenities, asking price, and legal ownership.
