The primary objective of this tender is to procure and implement refurbishment of the control and protection systems on the existing 275 kV / 11 kV ±50 Mvar STATCOM at Garona Substation. The goal is to enhance the reliability, operational lifespan, and performance of the STATCOM by replacing obsolete control systems and upgrading critical components to prevent future failures and ensure continuous support for grid stability.
