The primary objective of this tender is to gather market interest and information for upgrading the existing Komati Area Radio System, which currently relies on ageing analogue infrastructure. The goal is to develop a sustainable, modern communication solution that ensures reliable operation, safety, and emergency responsiveness, while addressing challenges related to obsolescence and spare parts sourcing.
