The primary objective of this tender is to appoint three qualified service providers to supply and deliver high-quality IT hardware, software, and related ICT services to SANEDI over a period of five years. The aim is to upgrade SANEDI’s technological infrastructure, enhance operational efficiency, support strategic goals, and streamline procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of essential IT resources.
The scope includes the supply, delivery, and support of:
The scope covers all items listed in the pricing schedule, including specific hardware models, software licenses, and associated services, with delivery within seven days of order receipt.

All products must meet specified quality standards, be compatible with existing infrastructure, and be supported with warranties and onsite service where applicable.
