The primary objective of this tender is to procure, supply, deliver, install, and commission end-user devices and associated software for Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) until the end of February 2027. The initiative aims to replace existing IT equipment that has reached the end of its lifecycle, ensuring operational efficiency, reducing downtime, and supporting the organization’s commitment to operational excellence, reliability, and innovation.
The goal is to ensure that all end-user devices—such as laptops, desktops, tablets, and peripherals—are up-to-date, properly managed, and aligned with organizational standards to support effective service delivery across all sites.
