The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a professional resource team to review and develop designs, monitor construction, and prepare a comprehensive close-out report for the removal and replacement of asbestos roofs on 1,922 government-subsidized units located within the North-West Province, specifically in the Ketlengriver and JB Marks municipalities. The consultancy aims to ensure safe, compliant, and effective asbestos removal and roof replacement, adhering to health and safety standards, statutory requirements, and project specifications.
