The primary objective of this tender is to secure a partner for the leasing of an office building and carports at Quay 4 in the Port of Mossel Bay for a period of five years. The overarching goal is to facilitate port operations by providing suitable premises that support port activities, including refurbishment, upgrades, and capital improvements as necessary, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and environmental standards.
