The primary objective of this tender is to invite qualified applicants to submit proposals for leasing various land and building premises located at the Port of Port Elizabeth. The aim is to secure suitable tenants for these properties for periods of up to five (5) years, supporting Transnet's operational and commercial needs.
The scope of the tender encompasses leasing of multiple properties, including land, buildings, offices, warehouses, storage facilities, and combined land and building parcels. The properties vary in size and designated use, such as offices, storage, cold storage, restaurants, parking, and workshops. The properties are available immediately or from specified dates, with lease tenures ranging from 3 to 15 years, depending on the property.
