Overall Objectives

The overarching goal across all sections is to procure and implement comprehensive systems and solutions that enhance operational efficiency, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and data management within the organization. Specifically, the primary objectives include developing and supporting robust Audit Management Systems (AMS) to facilitate risk assessment, audit lifecycle management, reporting, and stakeholder communication; creating Tenant Relationship and Lead Management systems to streamline tenant engagement and opportunity tracking; establishing training programs with post-training support and marketing strategies; and delivering customer-centric solutions for training academy activities such as lead capture, course management, online payments, and post-sales activities. The projects aim to ensure seamless integration, scalability, security, and compliance with relevant standards, ultimately supporting continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness.

Scope of Work

The scope encompasses the end-to-end development, procurement, deployment, and support of various systems and solutions, including:

• Implementation of an integrated Audit Management System covering risk management, audit planning, execution, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and data migration.
• Development or enhancement of Tenant Relationship Management and Tenant Opportunity and Lead Management systems to support the entire tenant lifecycle and operational processes.
• Provision of training academy modules for lead capture, course discovery, booking, onboarding, post-training engagement, and marketing activities.
• Technical support, system integration with existing platforms, data migration, and post go-live support.
• Ensuring systems meet functional requirements, security standards, and operational scalability.
