Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to deliver a comprehensive National Employee Wellness Programme (EWP) along with adhoc Occupational Health (OH) services for PRASA over a period of 36 months. The aim is to enhance employee wellbeing, manage absenteeism and incapacity, and provide related health and wellness services across the organization.

Scope

The scope of the tender includes:

• Provision of a national Employee Wellness Programme tailored to PRASA's needs.
• Delivery of adhoc Occupational Health services as required.
• Implementation of wellness-related training and support services.
• Management of absenteeism and incapacity issues related to employee health.
• Engagement of affiliates and service points across various regions to ensure coverage.
• Provision of necessary documentation, including appointment and reference letters, and proof of regional affiliates.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the tender include:

• Compliance with mandatory requirements such as submission of the correct documentation, certificates, and warranties.
• Technical and functional capability to deliver the scope of services, with a minimum threshold of 60% in technical evaluation.
• Provision of evidence for specific goals, including details on regional affiliates and their proof of residence.
• Submission of a comprehensive financial proposal using Form C (Financial Offer) and evidence of meeting specific goals.
• Packaging responses into three parts: Mandatory Requirements, Technical/Functional Response, and Pricing with Specific Goals.
• Electronic submission of supporting evidence on a memory device, clearly marked with the bidder's name.
• Adherence to the evaluation criteria, which weigh technical capability (60%), specific goals (20%), and price (20%).
