The primary objective of this tender is to appoint an experienced service provider to deliver comprehensive telecommunications and hosting services, including VoIP telephones, internet connectivity, LAN and WAN support, and domain hosting, until 31 March 2030. The goal is to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure communication infrastructure across all TETA offices, supporting operational continuity and digital presence.

The services are to be delivered across multiple locations with specific technical requirements for bandwidth, redundancy, and security, ensuring seamless connectivity and communication.
