The primary objective of this tender is to identify and appoint a qualified service provider to deliver Employee Wellness Services for the Mandela Bay Development Agency (MBDA) and its managed sites. The goal is to enhance employee health, motivation, and wellbeing, thereby increasing productivity, boosting morale, and reducing stress among staff.

The contract duration is initially twelve (12) months, with an option to renew for two additional twelve-month periods at the discretion of MBDA.
The services will be delivered primarily at MBDA’s operational locations in Gqeberha/Kariega.
