The primary objective of this tender is to establish a panel of ICASA registered service providers (holding ECS and/or ECNS licenses) to supply broadband, dark fiber, Layer 2 connectivity, and voice services to Dube TradePort Corporation (DTPC). The panel aims to provide DTPC with flexible access to these services on an ad hoc basis, ensuring the ability to meet varying bandwidth requirements and service demands over a period of five years.

Service providers on the panel will be engaged based on credentials, quality of service, performance, and scope of services required. Being on the panel does not guarantee work but provides opportunities through competitive and rotational processes.
