The primary objective of this tender is to solicit proposals for the long-term lease and development of Erf 6484, Piet Potgietersrust Extension 12, measuring 8,926 square metres, for business purposes. The municipality aims to select suitable service providers to develop various specified land parcels for commercial, residential, institutional, or public use, aligning with local development plans and community needs.
