| Special Conditions: | If the tender document for KKDM 05/23 is not downloaded from e-tender the document is available for sale at R500 non-refundable amount for SCM Office at Dr KKDM, Patmore Road, Orkney. The tender will be evaluated on functionality and to be deemed responsive for further evaluation a bidder must score 80 points. Tenders will be evaluated on 80/20 preference point system, where 80 points is for price and 20 points for preference which is: women = 5; disability = 5; youth = 5 and military veterans = 5 points. Tenders must be drop on or before 12/02/2024 at 10:00 am at the Dr Kenneth Kaunda District Municipality Offices, Old Municipal Building, Patmore Road, Orkney in the marked tender box in the voyer. |
