Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to engage service providers with proven experience to facilitate comprehensive training programs in Beginners Digital Marketing and Advanced Digital Marketing tailored for the Government Communication and Information System (GCIS). The goal is to enhance the capacity of government personnel in digital marketing strategies, technical skills, and practical application to improve government communication across platforms.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Development and delivery of detailed training modules covering both theoretical and practical aspects of digital marketing.
• Modules to encompass areas such as digital strategies, web design, content creation, social media engagement, search engine optimization, paid advertising, analytics, and emerging technologies like AI and machine learning.
• Provision of a comprehensive course program with structured content, including a detailed day-to-day training plan.
• Demonstration of relevant experience and credentials, including references from previous similar projects within the last 36 months.
• Submission of mandatory accreditation or registration proof with recognized bodies such as QCTO or SETA.

Technical Requirements

The training must:

• Cover all aspects of the technical and practical components of Beginners and Advanced Digital Marketing.
• Include modules on digital strategy development, SEO, content marketing, social media management, paid campaigns, web development, analytics, email marketing, and automation.
• Address advanced topics such as data analytics, marketing automation, AI integration, web optimization, customer data platforms, and personalized content.
• Be delivered through a structured program with a detailed training plan, methodologies, and practical exercises.
• Ensure trainers have at least three years of proven experience in digital marketing training.

Skills Requirements

Potential service providers must demonstrate:

• Minimum of three years’ experience in delivering digital marketing training, with evidence through CVs and references.
• Proven track record of executing similar training projects for government or large organizations within the last 36 months.
• Capability to develop and deliver comprehensive modules covering both beginner and advanced digital marketing concepts and practical skills.
• Ability to provide qualified trainers with relevant expertise and experience.
• Knowledge of current digital marketing tools, technologies, and trends, including AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
• Compliance with accreditation requirements from recognized bodies such as QCTO or SETA.
