The primary objective of this tender is to procure student accommodation services in Vanderbijlpark for a period of 12 months. The accommodation must be secure, safe, and within a 30 km radius of Nampak in Vanderbijlpark, to support the housing needs of a male learner starting from October 1, 2025. The service provider is expected to supply suitable living arrangements that meet specified standards and include essential amenities to facilitate self-catering and comfortable living for students.

The accommodation provider must install the water backup system within one month of occupation at no additional cost to Necsa.
