The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to renew and support the National Lotteries Commission's (NLC) annual Sage subscription license for a period of one year. The service provider will ensure the renewal of the Sage Evolution modules and provide ongoing support to facilitate the NLC's operations related to the management of the National Lottery and associated functions.

The renewal and support services are expected to last for 12 months, starting from the date of appointment or signing of the SLA, with the license to be delivered by 25 May 2026.
