The primary objective of this tender is to solicit quotations from qualified service providers to supply chickens (poultry items) within the Harry Gwala Municipality Area. The process aims to select a suitable provider based on price and specific goals, including black ownership, black women ownership, black youth ownership, disability ownership, and other socio-economic goals, to promote transformation and inclusivity.
The scope encompasses the provision and delivery of various poultry items, primarily day-old chicks and broiler chicks, to multiple municipalities including Nkosizana Dlamini Zuma Municipality, Ubehlebezwe Municipality, and Greater Kokstad Municipality. The procurement involves multiple quotations from different suppliers, each detailing quantities, sizes, and costs, with delivery charges included. The successful bidder will be responsible for supplying the specified poultry items as per the awarded quotation.
