The primary objective of this tender is to procure a Management Lifecycle Course focused on Infrastructure Projects. The course aims to improve project outcomes by enhancing participants' understanding of the project lifecycle, best practices, project systems, governance, and handling complex projects. The goal is to foster better coordination and interaction among different disciplines involved in infrastructure projects, leading to more successful project delivery.
The scope of the tender encompasses the provision of a short course titled "Management Lifecycle on Infrastructure Projects." The course should cover the following outcomes:
